All excursions are subject to change without notice. Descriptions, departure times, itineraries, pricing, and locations may be altered and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Changes may be unavoidable and can be made at Cayman Stingray City Safari sole discretion. Information and instructions of Departure times and meeting places will be emailed, and any changes will be updated via email also. Guests must report to the location specified, before departure time, to avoid excursion delays. Guests will be required to pay in full by credit card or cash for the shore excursion before departure.
Restrictions
Please note that there are some restrictions based on age, health, weight, and height, which have been outlined for your safety by individual excursion operators. Cayman Stingray City Safari have the right to require any individual to withdraw from an excursion at any time if that individual’s conduct is deemed detrimental to the interests, comfort, safety, or well-being of others. Tour operators reserve the right to alter excursions to meet local conditions for participant safety and convenience. Cayman Stingray City Safari will reimburse or otherwise compensate any guest if circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Cayman Stingray City Safari make it impossible to provide services as intended.
Cayman Stingray City Safari Tour Operator Snorkeling Policy
Due to the level of physical exertion in free diving and snorkeling excursions, these activities may not be appropriate for individuals with medical conditions such as asthma, a heart condition, high blood pressure, or diabetes. Cayman Stingray City Safari require that all guests be sufficiently fit to safely participate in the excursion. Guests will sign a ‘Medical Waiver and Liability Release Form’ before the shore excursion. If you have a medical condition that may prevent you from safely participating in this excursion, before booking your tour, please contact the representative from the charter company operating your tour.
Personal Possessions
Cayman Stingray City Safari will NOT be responsible for your possessions at any time. Do not leave your possessions unattended in your car or at the port. All personal possessions remain, always, a guest's responsibility.
